AIMS

  • Workshops are designed to be experiential allowing participants of any level and ability to ‘have a go’.
  • Self-expression is promoted through the use of rhythm.
  • Repetition of techniques and rhythm frees the mind, provides an outlet for tension, and creates relaxation.
  • A safe environment in which to explore drum rhythms & dance steps is created, allowing people to connect and barriers to break down.
  • Flexibility is paramount and each workshop will follow the needs and abilities of the individuals in the group.
